Scuola Valditara Act Energetically Against Dispersion

receive basic income

I consider the Italian school to be a sizable community that encompasses not only teaching and learning but also active participation in daily life. I'm picturing a sizable group of people who work together to forge a partnership between families, students, teachers, and other social partners, all with the express purpose of enhancing the value of the individual.

It has been 75 years since our Constitution, which places the individual at its core, came into effect. As a result, my initiative, which aims to develop talents, also aims to foster each student's uniqueness by bringing out his or her abilities, skills, and predispositions. As a result, the concept of the teacher tutor and the importance of being close to families when deciding on their children's educational path were developed.

I believe that these principles must be the cornerstone upon which the Italian school is built. Vatican Radio was informed by Giuseppe Valditara, the minister of merit and education.

Minister Valditara stated that "the issue of early school leaving is fundamental" in reference to NEETs and early school exit. On this issue, I want to take a proactive and effective approach.

Additionally, I assembled a highly skilled working group to research initiatives, particularly in those regions of our nation where the dispersion is greater. Children must not be lost.

We must address the dispersion problem because we cannot let anyone fall behind. NEETs are another issue, and in this case, too, resources have been set aside specifically for the training of young people who may even receive basic income but who do not attend school, find employment, or engage in training.

Because it implies that the boy has no confidence in his own future, we cannot accept that he is still immobile in this situation. The Ministry, the government, and the institutions must therefore increasingly concentrate their attention on recovery and involvement; this is the great challenge.

Regarding teacher resources, the minister emphasizes that "with the most recent contract we have achieved the most important increase in resources for school personnel, they are 124 euros more per month when fully operational. The fact that we were able to secure an additional 100 million from the MEF and that we allocated 350 million euros to valorisation projects rather than supporting salaries helped us achieve this result. There were undoubtedly very few, but it was unquestionably the highest increase.

Thus, it served as a first step. In my opinion, a significant amount of creativity is also required to find ever-increasing public, private, and other sources of funding for the school, especially since the theme of teacher development is one that must be prioritized above all others.

The best teachers who will perform specific tasks will be immediately valued, among other things. I'm thinking, for instance, about the role of the tutor.

As a result, we will pay this lecturer extra for both curricular and extracurricular activities because we have the funds to do so. -photo agenziafotogramma . it- (ITALPRESS).
